1. When will I receive my order?
If you ordered ready-made products
[On Business Days, if you place your order by [1pm] (GMT+8), the seller will endeavour to ship your order in three (3) Business Day.
If you place your order on non-Business Days, your order will be start processing on the next immediate Business Day.
All orders for ready-made products will be delivered to you within  to  [Business Days / days].
If you pre-ordered products
Pre-ordered products will take longer to ship and be delivered to you.
As such, please allow  to  [Business Days / days] for the product to be shipped and delivered to you.
If you ordered a custom-made product
Custom-made products are made by the sellers according to your desired specifications and requests, and as such will take longer to ship and be delivered to you.
As such, please allow 7 to 30 [Business Days / days] for the product to be shipped and delivered to you.

2. How will my orders be shipped?
We work with logistics providers J & T to deliver your products from our company.
3. How will I know if my order has been accepted by the seller?
When your order is accepted, you will receive an acknowledgement of receipt of order via email or whatsapp and we will assign an order number to your order.
4. How will I know when my order has been shipped?
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email or whats app with tracking information and details of the logistics company that we have engaged to deliver your products. You can track your order with the tracking information provided.
5. How much does delivery cost?
The costs for delivery are as set out below:
For orders that do not require cold-chain logistics
For orders that require cold-chain logistics
6. Can I change my delivery address after I have placed my order?
Unfortunately, once you have confirmed your order, we will not be able to accommodate a change in your delivery address. Kindly ensure you have provided the correct delivery address at checkout.
7. What happens if I provide wrong or incomplete address?
If your order is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, we will contact you to remedy the situation.
However, please note that you will be obligated to pay the cost of delivery to re-deliver your orders.

8. Can my order be delivered to addresses outside of Malaysia?
No, we do not ship internationally.
Due to logistical restrictions, certain products can only be shipped to addresses in Malaysi and Sabah Sarawak only. Kindly read the product description in the product listing before placing an order.
9. Can my order be delivered to addresses in East Malaysia?
Yes, we deliver to addresses in Sabah and Sarawak.
10. Can my order be delivered to P.O. boxes?
No, we do not deliver to P.O. boxes.
11. Can I return my order after I have received it?

12. What do I do if I do not receive my order?
If you do not receive your order within the timeline set out in Section 1 above, kindly contact our customer service team by emailing us at [email protected], and we will do our best to assist you.
13. What do I do if my orders arrive to me damaged, or if my order is lost during shipping?
We are not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping.
Kindly save all packaging materials and damaged products, and contact the logistics providers to file a claim.
