Refund & Exchange Policy

All products purchased are non-refundable and non-exchangeable except for the following conditions:

1) Product packaging is faulty (ie. broken, broken seal) upon arrival. We will replace with a new product at no extra cost. Only those who submit their return forms with 3 days upon receiving their product will be entertained. 

3) For those who report that our products are not suitable for for them, please contact us on whatsapp (016-3664167) and we will advise on how we can assist. We will either replace with a different product or do a refund after investigating.
